More special guests have been announced for Friday night's sporting dinner with Rovers legends Smash and Grab.

Alan Warboys and Bruce Bannister will be joined by a number of their team-mates from the 1973/74 promotion winning side including Frankie Prince, Stuart Taylor, Jim Eadie, Graham Day and Tom Stanton.

Trevor Jacobs, Mike Green, Pete Aitkin, Lindsey Parsons, Colin Dobson and John Rudge have also now confirmed their attendance.

There are still a few tickets left for the star-studded dinner; they cost £40 per head, and include a four course meal.

Former WBC Super Middleweight Champion Glenn Catley will also be speaking.

The dynamic strike duo will also be the guests of honour at the last home game of the season the next day, where they will join fans in the bars before kick-off.

The attacking partnership of Smash and Grab spearheaded the 1973/74 promotion campaign, scoring 40 goals between them.

The evening will start at 7:00pm in the Uplands Suite and guests are required to wear lounge suits.
