TORQUAY PRICES
Rovers play their second pre season friendly of the new campaign tomorrow, Saturday 19th July, when they visit Blue Square Premier side Torquay United.
Admisssion prices for the match at Plainmoor, which kicks off at 3.00pm, are as follows:
Adults: £10.00
Senior Citizens/Students £8.00
Under 16's £5.00
Paul Trollope's squad will include midfielder David Pipe, who suffered a broken nose earlier this week. However after a strenuous training session on Thursday, he was declared fit to travel.
There will be one familiar face in the Torquay squad, that of former midfielder Wayne Carlisle, who joined the Gulls from Exeter City this summer.
Wayne, who began his career with Crystal Palace, spent time on loan at Swindon before joining Rovers. He made 71 league appearances for the Gas, scoring 14 goals in the process. After leaving the Memorial Stadium, he signed for Leyton Orient and joined Exeter in January 2006.
Meanwhile, it has been announced that Rovers will take a party of 21 players to Sweden. They fly out on Monday and play their first game on Tuesday, against FC Copenhagen, before facing Malmo Anadolu BI on Thursday and Limhamn Bunkfelo 07 on Saturday .
