Less than 1,500 tickets now remain for the club's FA Cup quarter-final tie against West Bromwich Albion next month.

Tickets have been on sale to season ticket holders and other top support group members since 9:00am last Friday morning, and went on sale to Supporters Club members as well as Young Pirates and Senior Pirates earlier today.

At the close of play on Tuesday, there were less than 1,500 tickets left, mostly in the Uplands Terrace and Family Terrace and a few in the Bass Terrace.

The match takes place on Sunday 9th March with a 6:00pm kick-off, and will be live on the BBC.

The usual priority ticketing arrangements are in operation, including a special window for fans who attended the game against Tranmere.

A voucher was handed out to all pay-on-the-day supporters attending the game.

The match is selling faster than any other game so far this season and the club now projects that the game will sell out at some point on Thursday morning.

The rate of selling has been so fast that there will be no general sale period.

Corporate hospitality for the fixture sold out almost immediately.

Tranmere vouchers, along with any match ticket from the game, will give supporters two extra days to secure their tickets before general sale begins.

Tickets remain on sale to existing Supporters Club members, Young Pirates, Senior Pirates, season ticket holders (on production of Voucher N), Presidents Club members, 1883 Club members, Helpline members and Supporters Club Shareholding Scheme members until 5:00pm on Wednesday evening.

The Supporters Club will not be processing or accepting any new memberships for the time being.

Tickets go on sale to fans with the special match voucher or a match ticket from Saturday's game against Tranmere from Thursday at 9:00am until Friday 29th February at 5:00pm, or more realistically, until the game is sold out.

Tickets are available in person from Pirate Leisure at the Memorial Stadium and the Supporters Club shop in Kingswood.

The match is all-ticket for all fans, and normal matchday admission prices will apply (no Early Bird).

The club will provide a Wednesday evening update via the website on remaining ticket availability, giving Tranmere voucher holders an indication on how to give themselves the best chance of purchasing a ticket on Thursday morning, and at what time they might need to start queuing.
